Stage 1

Frame your requirements within the constraints to establish a compliant concept. Space planning, concept floor plans, preliminary massing and streetscape intent, and an honest read on planning risk and indicative cost.

Stage 2

Approvals

Convert the approved concept into an approval-ready DA or CDC package, and carry it through the assessment process — refining for compliance and buildability and coordinating the supporting inputs.

Stage 3

Construction Documentation

Produce a coordinated set of drawings and specifications suitable for builder pricing — detailed enough to reduce ambiguity, variations, and surprises on site.

Stage 4

Tender & Construction Support

Support builder selection and protect design intent through to practical completion — tender comparison, site reviews, submission review, and defects support.
